In fact, not only a business man for his business, but hardly sufficient for a business man's private affairs.
I am afraid I must confess that we have trusted to the
auditor to call our attention to any such defect as that; that if he thought there was a possibility of Government Stores being stolen as a result of inadequate bookkeeping, he would have called the attention of the
