Just now you quoted the advantago of your partition over the other, on account of the man having to leave the house, but if the prime cost is only $15, and that is thrown over two years, it practically amounts to nothing, and there is really is not much in that argument.

This is what I mean. Supposing you allow him to have his cubicles six feet high all closed, there is not much difference between that and allowing him to have those door partitions, because they are open work. They are a little higher, but they are open work.
