action is taken. Otherwise, I could not tell you,
because I am not qualified.

He is solely in charge of the District Inspectors, and
the District, and s far as I know his duties, if
reports are made by District Inspectors, he has to go
and see those places, and report generally on the
cleanliness and canitary condition of the District.
