No 9 says "They shall keep a diary, în which they shall
enter day by day seriatim the hours during which they
have been at work, and the duties on which they have
been engaged, and submit the same to the M, 0. H.
under whom they are working, at such intervals as ha
may direct". That is made by Order of the Board, as a
Standing Order. Therefore, dont you consider that is
Bomething more than just the President ?
Of course, I have to pay respect to the Board, naturally
as our Chiefs. As a matter of fact, the same respect as
you pay to a Municipal Council at home.
