connection with the formation of Terraces, measuring off
the work, and checking the bills for the work. There is
nothing in my Standing Orders to say I have anything to
do with the cemeteries, and I simply continue to work
that had been previously carried out by Mr Crook, who
was the Sanitary Surveyor when I arrived.
