That Rules be drawn up for:-

Passing of Plans.

Passing of work for Certificates.

That the question of limewashing be discussed at a

future Meeting.

The Commission discussed the drafting of the Report,

and agreed that the same should be dealt with by

Sections, the draft to be drawn by Members as apportioned

Purther consideration as to apportionment of this work

to be postponed until Friday 23rd November.

The Council Chamber not being available on Friday the

23rd November, the Meeting will be held on Wednesday,

28th November, at 2.30 p.m.
