Do you think it is possible to make a floor that is 7472

impervious to damp on that specification ?

Yes, I think so. I had an experience the other day at

Kowloon in which we had laid with the same propertions,

four inches thick. A spring had formed at the bottom

through the heavy rains in September, and the concrete

was priced off by the water underneath without comigg

though the substance of the concrete. It was shifted

out of its position.

concrete was not actually broken ?

It was oracked across the middle. It was on a slope.
