On the 4th April 1905, Mr Orme was appointed Acting

Secretary of the Sanitary Board, so that that one would

be in order, Mr Hooper.

if you did not go yourself, who would you depute that

to ?

There is an officer deputed by the Governor. Mr

Perkins is the officer.

Would he have the power to delegate that to anyone 16.790
