It is not certified that it is well done b cause it will come off by the dirty state of the wall, which it was put over in the first place, after the action of fire, or to bad usuage. Now, I limit it particularly to the action of fire, because the owner is required by law to put it round the kitchen wall, and you say the actiop of fire will bring off cement ?
