I could not say. He speaks English very well.
What do you know about that cавe ?
He called about three to four months ago at the office to see me, about some reconcreting work, and told me he was having considerable trouble with limewashing`at this particular house, 48 Queens Road Test. I told him he was not to come to me, unless he was prepared to go on. As there was a witness present, I allowed him to go on. He said the Inspector told him about the limewashing and
that he was to go to a particular contractor.
