It was this way. Last year the master gave some
direction. He said that our firm used to be at
Wanchal, then we were driven up to Shek Tong Tsui, and
then we moved back again at the end of last year.

I dont know the reasons. I was not there at the time.
When we removed back again, the master said we did not
use to give any presents to the Sanitary Board, but now
when we have got back, just give them a present when
the time comes, when the English Xman arrives. Those
were the directions given.
What was his idea to give presents at Xmas time ?
Well, that we had been there for a time, and then had
been driven away.
