Where does your duty come in to go and inspect the limewash- 4096 -ing of a house which the owner is not legally called upon

to linewash ?

I simply go by the orders of ay senior Inspector who orders

me to inspect the house to see if it is limewashed or not. And do you know he has no authority to do that?

The owner of a house sends in a notice of his intention to linewash the house, and it does not matter whether it is a family house or a kitchen when they send in the notice to say that it is linerashed my position is this that we cannot compel the owner to linewash even if it is not done satie-

-factorily.
