in Hong Kong after the resumption of Civil Administration.
Will you please inform the Chiefs of Staff that we conour in the arrangements proposed in the paper J.P.(46)34(Final) which accompanied your letter.
Will you also please arrange for
us to be told immediately the instructions are issued to the Service Chiefs in order that we may inform the Governor of Hong Kong of the arrangements.
