First, Troopers have approved following moves planning for which may start at once. (A) To Hong Kong 2 Buffs and 1 Devon. (B) To India 1 RS (B) to Burma 2 DLI.

Second. Moves to Hong Kong, Propose one Bn from First (1) above moves with 87 Få Regt embarking Singapore about 30 Déc. Bn will require 'relief which must be selected from 1 Seuforth 1 Queens and 2 W Yorks. Malaya Comd nominate (4) Bn for Hong Kong

(B) Bn to relieve in Singapore.

Third. Date for Second Bn for Hong Kong not settled but ETD
