Considering the Volunteer Force in Charlottetown, I would prefer arming a Battery in the perition of the present one near Government touse Point, with 3_ 64 por Rifted Suns, the Volunteers could then practice from that battery which is in a commanding position_ but-Battery Point is so isolated and at- the opposite side of the buy that Volunteers Could rarely go there.__. and Could not permanently occupy it-
