FPlease refer to your letter 22923/15/45 of the 13th January, regarding the supply of technical literature to W/Cdr. Max Oxford of the Hong Kong Civil Affairs Staff.

We have been endeavouring to collect suitable information for some time, but the difficulty has been that the standard aerodrome pamphlet is in course of revision,

and the same is the case with the B. S.I. Guide to Aeronautical Ground Lighting. We have made a note to send you copies of

these publications when they are ready, and it is possible that the return of the Mission, which is at present visiting Hong Kong, during this week, may suggest other material which could usefully be included.

We shall bear the matter in mind and will supply

what we can as soon as it is available.
