ENCLOSURES
*
Dear Oxford,
When you wrote to Bigg in your letter 15) No. DO/AS/3 of the 5th of November, 1945 you
asked him to send you as many official publications on the design and operation of civil airports etc. as were available.
(18)
As Bigg told you in his reply, numbered as above of the 8th of December last, we have been trying to obtain from the Ministry of Civil Aviation some more publications that would be of assistance to you. We now learn that the Standard Aerodrome pamphlet is in course of revision, as is the B.S.I. Guide to Aeronautical Ground Lighting. These publications will, however, be sent to you when they are ready, as woll as any other publications or other material which the Mission which has recently visited Hong Kong may suggest as being of value to you.
Yours sincerely,
In 1945 file.
