Appreciation of traffic possibilities was forwarded under cover of my confidential despatch of 9th August. General question was discussed with the Executive Council on

14th August, and my recommendation that air port including one 3,170 yard runway should be constructed at Deep Bay as soon as possible, together with my proposal regarding financing of scheme, follow by despatch in immediate future.
