With reference to previous correspondence about the meeting of the Technical Sub-Committee of the Imperial Communications Committee which is to be held at 11 a. M. on Wednesday the 20th of February, arrangements have been made for Hr. W. R. Downe, Director of Telecommunications, Kalaya, and Wing Commander F. Pyle, of the Civil Affaire staff, llong Kong to atten the meeting. They will be accompanied by a member of the Colonial Office, most probably myself.
