(b) The proportion on which further issues of certificates of indebtedness are to be based is the proportion which $16,000,000 bears to the $119,800,000 after deducting from it the dollar equivalent of all the sterling paid by the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank, i.e., the £1,000,000 plus the sterling corresponding to the notes used in repayment of other liabilities.
Would it be possible to prepare a more formal draft incorporating the above suggestions?
