Your memorandum dated 1st July 1946, has been considered on working party level and the Mai Po site appeara suitable for transmitting station and Ping Shan site appears suitable for receiving station provided the centre of this site is taken as the centre of the triangle formed by Ha Tauom - Shok Po-Ping Shan.
This is provisional information ss plan has not yet been considered by highest authorities in Bervice Ministries who must ultimately signify their agreement.
This signal is intended to keep the pot boiling until I can give you final decision which i hipe will be next week.
