Following for British Joint Communications Board from Chairman of Hong Kong Communications Board. Begins.

Owing to politcal ani strate, Je considerations, Governor of Hong Kong has requested Hong Kong Communications Board to re-examins possibility of twa sites on Hong Kong Island. Provisional investigation confirme two sites of 90 acres only possible at basic site formation (of) cost of £5,000,000 («terling). Decision on new territories sites also affected by findange of 3ovhill Mission, now not expected before late January and, in this connection, Navy have been advised possibility of Stonecutters I. being talion over for airfield Listead of Deep Bay. Inde.
