(e) Section 9(2), The words "within three months
from the commencement of this Ordinance" to be inserted between the word "may" and the word "give" in the first line and the following words to be added at the end of this sub-section: "On any such application as 'aforesaid the debtor or any person who would or might be prejudiced by any order for reinstatement shall have the right to be heard and the Court may make such order and give such directions as may in its opinion be necessary or desirable to give effect to such right."
(f) Sub-sections (3) to (5) inclusive of section 9 would require to be omitted from the Ordinance as envisaged by explanatory note F (vi).
