This is a reply to the despatch at

(26) conveying the first draft of the

proposed Debtor-Creditor Law. This draft

is at the moment under revision here,

though the process of revision has not led

to any substantial change of principle.

Legislation file, and the detailed

suggestions for amendment to the draft

legislation will be considered on that
