Enacted by the Governor of Hoap Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Evidence (Amendment) Short tlik. Ordinance 1980.

2. Section 53 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.

the following-

"under section 54 of the Supreme Court Ordinance".
