(c) the name and place of residence of every person who after 31 December 1980 is registered as the holder of 5 per cent or more of the voting shares of the licenses company, within 7 days after the date on which he is so registered:

(d) particulars of any transfer of shares of the licensee Company by or to a member who, immediately before the registration of such transfer by the licensee company, beld 5 per cent or more of the voting shares of such company, within 7 days after the date on which such transfer is registered.".
