1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Factories and Industrial Shoot tluke. Undertakings (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1980.

The provisa to section 7(5) of the principal Ordinance is amended Amendment of by deleting "$10,000" and substituting the following-

"$50,000".
