An Ordinance to amend the Supreme Court Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thersof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supreme Court (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance 1980.

Section 55(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (c) and sub-

stituting a semicolon; add

(b) by inserting after paragraph (e) the following paragraph-

the Altorocy General or a legal officer appointed by him.".
