Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

PART I

PRELIMINARY

1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Pneumoconiosis (Cam Show Une and pensation) Ordinance 1980.

(2) This Ordinance shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette and the notices under this section may appoint different dates for different provisions of this Ordin-

2 (1) In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requites- "Board" means the Pneumoconiosis Compensation Fund Board established

under section 25:

"Commissioner" means the Commissioner for Labour;

"compensation" means compensation as provided by this Ordinance;
