An Ordinance to amend the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance.

Boacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

t. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pharmacy and Poisons (Amend. Short tile and ment) Ordinance 1980 and shall come into operation on a day to be

appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

2. Section 201) of the principal Ordinance if amended-

(a) by inserting after the definition of "sale by way of wholesale Cap 1383

dealing" the following definition

*"sell" includes offer or expose for sale, and "seller" has the

corresponding meaning;";

(b) in the definition of "Secretary" by deleting the full stop and

substituting a semicolon; and

(c) by inserting after the definition of "Secretary" the following

definition-

**Tribunal" has the meaning assigned to it by section 30.".
