3. Section 84(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by adding after paragraph (5) the following-

"(s) the approval by the Director of any scheme of fee remission, the remission of the whole or any part of inclusive fees and the persons who may grant such remission;",

4. Part X of the principal Ordinance is repealed.
