An Ordinance to amend the Independent Commission Against Corruption

Enacled by the Goverer of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Independent Commission Short title. Against Corruption (Amendment) Ordinance 1980.

Section 10 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

place where it occurs the following-

"or, being a Crown servant, is guilty of an offence of blackmail" committed by or through the misuse of office"; and

(b) in subsection (5)-

(0) by inserting after paragraph (a) the following-

"(aa) the offence of theft under section 9 of the Theft

Ordinance;";

(ii) by inserting after paragraph (4) the following→→→

"(da) the offence of false accounting under section 19 of the

Theft Ordinance;"; and
