of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Amendment) Shoot #ple. Ordinance 1980.

2 Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (b) Amendment of by inserting after "(a)" the following-

(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "$5,000" and substituting the follow-
