Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Customs and Excise Service Short dike. (Amendment) Ordinance 1980.

1. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by Repeal and the following-

Customs designated by the Governor shall be the Commissioner of the Customs and Excise Service. (b) A Deputy Commissioner of Trade, Industry and Customs designated by the Governor shall be the Deputy Commissioner of the Customs and Excise Servico.

(c) An Assistant Commissioner of Trade, Industry and Customs designated by the Governor shall be the Assistant Commissioner of the Customs and Excise Service.
