An Ordinance to amend the Factories and Industrial Undertakings

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Factories and Industrial Start Une Bad Undertakings (Amendment) Ordinance 1980 and shall come into operation commecoco on the day appointed for the commencement of the Employment (Amcod- ment) Ordinance 1980.

2 Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

Amendment of section 2.

(a) in subsection (3) by deleting "Subject to subsection (4), pone" (Cap, $93

and substituting the following-

"None" and

(6) by deleting subsection (4).

3. Section 4(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended in para Amendoeal of graph (4) by inserting, after "posting", the following —

"up, in such place and manner and for such period as he may direct,”.
