of the Legislative Council thereof.

J. This Ordinance may be cited as The Hong Kong Anti-Tuberculosis Shoe doe, and Thoracic Diseases Association Incorporation" (Amendment) Ordinance 1980.

1 The long title of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced Amendment of by the following—

"To incorporate the Hong Kong Tuberculosis. Chest and Heart

Diseases Association.",

3. Section 1 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of "The Hong Kong Anti-Tuberculosis and Thoracic" and substituting the section 1. following-

"the Hong Kong Tuberculosis, Chest and Heart".

4 Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the definition Amendment of of "Association" by deleting "The Hong Kong Anti-Tuberculosis and waka 2 Thoracio" and substituting the following-

"the Hong Kong Tuberculosis, Chest and Heart".
