An Ordinance to amend the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation)

Entacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and conscat
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant Stort uile kod (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance 1980.
(2) Sections 3(6) and 9 shall be deemed to have come into operation
on 1 December 1979.
