1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Banking (Amendment) Sbor cluc. Ordinance 1980,

Amendment of conditiony of licence.

TA. Without prejudice to section 7(1)(b), the Governor in Council may at any time, by notice in writing served upon a bank, attach to the licence held by that bank such condi- lions, or amend or cancel any conditions attached to the licence, as he may think proper.",
