An Ordinance to amend the Shipping and Port Control Ordinance,

(20th July, 1979)

Enacted by the Govenor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Shipping and Port Control stor: due. (Amendmeut) (No. 2) Ordinance 1979.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the definition Amenditest of of “authorized officer" by deleting "Station" in paragraph (5)

section 2. 076 of 1978.3

3. Section 59(2) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Andaman af "Station".
