Amendment
1. Section 31(1) is amended by deleting "specially endorsed writ." and substituting the following-
"writ endorsed with a statement of claim.".
1. Section 49 is amended by deleting "prescribed by rules of court" and substituting the following
"determined by the Chief Justice by onder".
The Appendix is amended–f (0) in Form 1–
(under the heading "THE PARTHEN- SHIË IS LIMITœp”, by deleting the asterisk before "Acount contributed by each limited partner, and whether paid in cash, or how otherwise.";
(0) by deleting the asterisk and foot- note at the end thereof;
(8) in Form 2, by deleting division (♬ and the Note thereto and substituting the following-
"U) Change in the sum con- tributed by any limited partner dr total amount contributed by any new limited partner. (If otherwise than in cash, that fact, with particulars, must be stated)
(c) by deleting Forms 3 and 4.

Section 201) is amended by deleting the de- finition of "mortgage" and substituting the following-

By-law 3 is amended, in the definition of (Cap 132. "registered owner", by deleting "under the Road wh leg.) Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) Regulations" and substituting the following

Regulation 3 is amended, in the definition of Cp 12 "registered owner", by deleting "under the Road wbk) Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) Regulations?" and substituting the following-
"in accordance with the Road Traffic Ortia- ance.".
Section 2(1) fa amended by deleting the Cap. 21 following definition-
**^vehicle licence" mean: a licence issued under the provisions of regulations made under section 4;*.
2. Section 2 is amended-
(a) in the definition of "registered owner". by deleting "under regulations made under" and substituting the following—
"In accordance with":

licence" and substituting the following-
