Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Import and Export (Amend- Short die. ment) Ordinance 1979.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the definition Amendmen of of "cargo"

(a) by deleting "and" at the end of paragraph (c)

(b) by inserting "and" after the semicolon at the end of paragraph

[{};

(c) by inserting, after paragraph (d), the following paragraph--

"(e) articles imported or exported by a passenger of such vessel, aircraft or vehicle, in his personal baggage or carried by him;".
