Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Counci) thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Productivity son doe. Council (Amendment) Ordinance 1979.

2 Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended, in the definition Amendmoor of of "Executive Commilter", by deleting "elected under" and substituting on 2. the following
