"(vii) was captured and held in captivity by the enemy and is temporarily or permanently either wholly or partially incapacitated from earning a living;":

(6) in paragraph (b) by deleting "ur captivity" in both places where

il occurs; and

(c) by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph-

"(ba) to provide assistance to any officer or member of the organizations specified in paragraph (a) who served Thetein belween the aforesaid dates, was captured and held in captivity by the enemy and is temporarily or permanently either wholly or partially capuchated from eaming his living:".

3. The First Schedule to the principal Ordinance. i amended-

(a) in item 6 by inserting after "Auxiliary Medical Compa" the

following-

I "Auxiliary Nursing Service.";

(b) in item 7 by deleting including uniformed personnel attached

thereto" and substituting the following--

"and the Royal Naval Yard Polles, including uniformat personnel attached to subh Forers and Pollee" and

(c) by adding the following item

8. The St. John Ambulance Brigade.*.
