An Ordinance to amend the Motor Vehicles (First Registration Tax)

Ordinance.

[1st March, 1979]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (First Shon, dile and Registration Tax) (Amendment) Ordinance 1979 and shall be deemed to commCACSDFAL have come into operation on 1 March 1979.

(c) by deleting item 1 and substituting the following--

(a) where the value of the car does not exceed
