This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Shack duke Services (Amendment) Ordinance 1979.
1 Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended——
Amendment of
(a) by deleting the definition of "book" and substituting the Cap. 132)
following
"book" includes a document, periodical, magazine, news-
paper, pamphlet, music-score, picture, print, engraving, etching, deed, photograph, map, chert, plan or manu- script, and any other article or thing of a like nature provided for the use of the public in any library;"; (8) in the definition of "librarian", by deleting "Senior" and sub-
stituting the following —
