1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Amend- Stort die nad ment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1979 and shall come foto operation où à day to

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the definition Abbeedrecat of of "Merchant Shipping Acts" by deleting "1960" and substituting the reeken 2 following-
