Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and comment

of the Legislative Council thereof.

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Employment (Amendment) Short title, (No. 2) Ordinance 1979.

2. Section 4(2)(a) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendmem of "$2,000" and substituting the following-
