Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Skom ude. Ordinance 1979.

2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after section 74 Adulsion of new the following new Part--

CRIMINAL BANKRUPTCY

Interpretation

14A. In this Part and in the Schedule-

"criminal bankruptcy administration petition" means

petition under section 112 presented by virtue of the Schedule;

"criminal bankruptcy order" means an order made under

section 84A of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance; "criminal bankruptcy petition" means a bankruptcy petition

presented by virtue of the Schedule.
