the matter or its extraordinary difficulty or for any other reason, the appeal be heard and detertained by the Court of Appeal instead of the High Court.
(3) Section 69 shall apply in relation to appeals under this section as it applies in relation to appeal under that section except that for references in that section to the High Court or a judge of the High Court there shall be substituted references to the Court of Appeal.”.
