() refusing or neglecting to drive the taxi from a taxi stand to

any place indicated by the hirer;

(iii) refusing or neglecting to drive the taxi to any place indicated

by a hirer having responded to a hail from the hirer:

(iv) refusing or neglecting to drive the taxi to any place indicated by a birer when requested otherwise than at a taxi stand or after responding to a hail;

(v) charging for the hiring of a taxi a fare exceeding the appro-

priate scale of fares prescribed by this Ordinance,

may order him to be disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence to drive a taxi for such period as the court or magistrate thinks fit".
